- In related news, the HBPD announced Tuesday that it will continue to “conduct homeless outreach and enforcement not only in Sunset Beach, but citywide.” The PD notes that the Norwalk suspect may or may not have been homeless. The county’s senior population “will surge as early as the 2040s.” As of Wednesday, insiders warned that the county is not able to adequately support the anticipated care needs an aging population has.
