Join a 10K bike ride along San Diego's South Bay Saturday to raise money for children's safety.Â
Music will be provided by Magic 92.5 and prizes will be given away at the festive event being held on National Trails Day.
The 1st Annual Jonathan Sellers and Charlie Keever Foundation 10K Bike Ride will go travel along the Bayshore Bikeway from the San Diego County Swiss Club located at 2001 Main Street in Chula Vista to the Jonathan Sellers and Charlie Keever Outdoor Educational Activity Center in Imperial Beach.
The park was opened last fall in memory of the two boys who were murdered near the shore of the Otay River in 1993.
Money raised during the bike ride will go toward safety programs at local schools and other parts of San Diego.
