A four-car crash near Naval Amphibious Base Coronado closed northbound lanes of State Route 75 Tuesday, according to the Coronado Police Department.
The crash occurred around 6:30 a.m. on Silver Strand Boulevard and Tulagi Road. Traffic reopened to traffic around 7:45 a.m., according the city of Coronado.Â
