1. Karaoke at The Salty Frog starts at 9 p.m. every Thursday night. Karaoke across the street at The Scoreboard at 9 p.m. every Wednesday and Friday.
2. Sweetwater Union High School District athletes can get their physicals at 11 a.m. Saturday at Olympian High School. Physicals cost $20. Forms required for physicals can be picked up at Mar Vista High School's ASB office.Â

3. Suzies's Farm will host a produce stand from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the farm in the Tijuana River Valley. Harvest tours also start at 9 a.m.
4. Take a kayak tour of San Diego Bay with a Silver Strand State Beach interpreter Saturday. Space is limited. Reservations are required by 4 p.m. the day prior. Call the Loews Marina at 619-424-4466. $35 per person.Â
