Photographer and artist Aaron Chang, who grew up in Imperial Beach, will host a grand opening for his new Aaron Chang Ocean Art Gallery in downtown San Diego Nov. 23 at The Headquarters at Seaport District next to Seaport Village.
The Headquarters at Seaport District is a new retail and dining space scheduled to open later this month.
