11:54 p.m., 36-year-old man arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance on Elder Avenue

2:50 a.m., 32-year-old man arrested for parole violation and possession of a controlled substance in the 1200 block of Imperial Beach Boulevard

11 a.m., 32-year-old man arrested for the transportation to sell of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance in the 800 block of 11th Street

12:31 p.m,, license plate reported stolen in the 900 block of 10th Street

2:35 p.m., 51-year-old man arrested with citizen's arrest in the 600 block of State Route 75

8:23 p.m., shoplifting reported at CVS in the 800 block of Palm Avenue. Liquor reported stolen worth an estimated $20
