In conjunction with American Legion Post 820 and VFW Post 5477, Fleet Reserve Association Branch 289 will host a Memorial Day ceremony May 27 at 10 a.m. at Veterans Park.
Former Imperial Beach Mayor and Congressman Brian Bilbray will be the event's keynote speaker.
