A candy shop in the 100 block of Palm Avenue is expected to open by July 20, according to owner Angela Frank who will run the shop with her husband Rick Gonzalez.
Homemade fudge, hot nuts, a variety of different kinds of candy and possibly soft-serve ice cream will be sold at Seaside Candy Olde-Fashioned Candy Shoppe.
