Yuki Yama Sushi on Foothill Blvd. Closes
The La Cañada restaurant has been shuttered for at least a week, according to a nearby business owner.
Yuki Yama Sushi in La Cañada appears to have closed its doors for good.
A Patch editor visited the business at 2236 Foothill Blvd. on Friday and found the doors locked, paper in most of the windows, mail piled up at the door and much of the interior, including the tables and chairs, removed from the restaurant.
The business' website is no longer active, and calls to the location were not answered.

Sonia Race, co-owner of Zina's Healty Corner, which is located next door, told Patch the business has been closed for around a week and had been open for at least 10 years.
Robert Stanley, director of community development for La Cañada, said Thursday in an email to Patch that he checked with the planning staff and business license department and neither had any information regarding the closing of Yuki Yama.
