• Share the Spirit: Nonprofit offers enrichment for the neurodivergent (timesheraldonline.com) — A Lafayette-based social club called The Social Connection is helping neurodivergent adults build friendships, life skills, and job readiness through classes in cooking, technology, arts, and more. The group, part of the Social Justice Sewing Academy, now hopes to launch a member-run food truck with help from Share the Spirit donations, and is also seeking local volunteers to teach practical skills and crafts.
