Laguna Beach Skater Wins Bronze In Olympic Street Skating
Laguna Beach skater Nyjah Huston earned his first-ever Olympic medal in street skateboarding this week.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A south Orange County skater just earned his first Olympic medal this week.
Nyjah Huston, of Laguna Beach, took home the bronze medal in men's street skateboarding final at the Paris Olympics on Monday.
The win marks the first Olympic medal for Huston, who is widely regarded as one of the best contest street skateboarder of all time.

This year, Huston also won his 14th and 15th X Games gold medals, tying a record. He also finished seventh in the men's street skateboarding event in Tokyo in 2021, the city said.
