Laguna Beach/Dana Point, CA — Chabad of Laguna Beach & Dana Point is thrilled to announce a special Chanukah Comedy Night featuring acclaimed comedian Sandy Hackett, son of legendary entertainer Buddy Hackett. The event promises an evening filled with delicious sushi, classic Chanukah latkes, a full open bar, and nonstop laughter for the entire community.
Sandy Hackett has carved out his own celebrated path in the world of comedy as a performer, writer, and producer, blending warmth, wit, and masterful storytelling. A longtime Las Vegas headliner, Sandy operated successful comedy clubs in both Las Vegas and Laughlin, earning a devoted following for his distinctive comedic style.
Together with his wife, Lisa Miller—daughter of iconic songwriter Ron Miller—Sandy created Sandy Hackett’s Rat Pack, now in its 15th year and recognized as the most successful and original theatrical Rat Pack production touring the nation. The show continues to receive critical acclaim and attract audiences in theaters from coast to coast.
Sandy also stars in My Buddy, a heartfelt and comedic theatrical tribute to his father. Directed by Lisa Miller, the production premiered to glowing reviews and standing ovations at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and is currently touring nationwide.
