A 46-year-old man was charged Monday with molesting two girls he is related to in Dana Point.
DANA POINT, CA — A 46-year-old man was charged Monday with molesting two girls he is related to in Dana Point.
Michael Lewis Williams is charged with five counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor younger than 14 and one count of lewd acts on a child 14 or 15, all felonies.
Williams is accused of molesting one girl from 2015 through 2019, and another girl in 2018, according to court records.

The girls were about 8 to 14 years old when they were allegedly assaulted as they would come to town to visit the defendant, according to Orange County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Scott Steinle.
Williams, who is being held on $1 million bail, did not enter a plea Monday at his arraignment, which was rescheduled for Aug. 17 in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana.
