New Elementary School Opens In South OC

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA — A new elementary school is opening for enrollment in South Orange County, after Stratford School Laguna Niguel announced its opening.

Community members celebrated the opening of the new school with an ice cream social that included family, students and staff.

"We are delighted to expand Stratford School’s presence in Orange County with theopening of our second campus in this vibrant community," Cheryl Molenkamp, Head of School, told Patch. "Stratford is renowned for its commitment to educational excellence and for inspiring students to develop a lifelong love of learning and a natural curiosity about the world."

The newest Stratford School campus offers four bright preschool classrooms and nine elementary school classrooms, an outside playground and play space for both elementary and preschool students, as well as a multipurpose room that also serves as a music room and library.
