Public Hearing On Proposed Townhomes Set For Feb. 11: What To Know
Laguna Niguel residents were urged to attend the public hearing to have their voices heard on a proposed townhouse project.
LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA — A public hearing held by the city's Planning Commission on Feb. 11 will discuss a proposed housing project near Niguel Hills Middle School, city officials said this week.
The proposed Paseo De Colinas Townhomes Project is located on Paseo De Colinas near the intersection of Del Cerro.
The 2.47-acre property is located near Niguel Hills Middle School and was declared a surplus property in 2006. The lot is currently vacant.

According to city officials, the proposal includes plans to build 24 dwelling units — two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom townhomes with attached two-car garages.
The public hearing takes place on Feb. 11 at 7 p.m. in Laguna Niguel City Council Chambers.
