170-Acre Development Project Proposed Off I-15 In Wildomar
The proposal includes housing and mixed-use development along the freeway's west side, between Clinton Keith Road and Murrieta city limits.
WILDOMAR, CA — The city of Wildomar is holding another study session this week to discuss a large development plan that, if approved, will change the city's west side.
During a 6 p.m. June 17 special meeting of the Wildomar City Council, city staff will provide an update on the 170-acre proposed Bluffs at Hidden Springs Specific Plan. The project site is located along the west side of Interstate 15, between Clinton Keith Road and Murrieta city limits.

If approved, the project would include housing, mixed-use development, commercial recreation, and open space.

The city has held previous public study sessions for the project, and several comments were provided (read some of them here).
During this week's City Council meeting, no action will be taken regarding the project. Instead, the City Council and the public will get a chance to learn more about the proposal and provide additional feedback.
