2 People Injured In Crash At Wildomar Intersection

WILDOMAR, CA — Two people were trapped in wreckage following a two-vehicle crash Thursday morning in Wildomar, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.

The crash was reported at 2:48 a.m. at Clinton Keith Road and Palomar Street.

When fire crews arrived, they had to pull the victims from the vehicles. Both people suffered moderate injuries and were sent to a local hospital, according to the fire department.

No other injuries were reported.

The cause of the traffic crash was under investigation by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

It's not clear whether drugs and/or alcohol were crash factors.
