LAKE ELSINORE, CA — A dirt bike rider suffered major injuries Saturday evening when he was struck in Lake Elsinore by a vehicle that fled the scene, authorities said.
It was reported at 8:34 p.m. at Red Gum Road and Don Juan Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Firefighters tended to the biker and an investigation was underway.
