Graduating With All A's In Fall 2023: Lake Elsinore Star Student
After struggling due to COVID school shutdowns, this Lake Elsinore star student is graduating early in the fall of 2023, his parents say.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Star Students are found in classrooms, on concert and theater stages and at debate lecterns, and out in the community doing good things to make life better for all of us.
Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize Star Students, and we’re working to tell the stories of these outstanding kids to their neighbors.
This submission comes from parents Jonathan and Barnet, who nominated their son, Isaiah, an 11th Grade student in Lake Elsinore-Wildomar.

How do you know the star local student?
He is my son.
Why do you believe the star local student should be recognized?
Isaiah has struggled in high school since covid. He was sent to Ortega to make up for failing classes as he has advanced so much that he will be graduating one-quarter way into his senior year, with all A’s.
What's one thing you want everyone to know about the star local student?
"Isaiah is a very caring and loving child and has pushed himself to succeed in every way possible," his mother Barnet Heredia said. "He has worked so hard to where he will be graduating the first semester of senior year. With all A’s."
Isaiah also began his first job on top of catching up and advancing through high school.
"Dad and Mom our beyond proud," Barnet Heredia said.
Congratulations on your achievements, and all of our best wishes to you in the future, Isaiah!
