'If You Meet Her She Will Touch Your Life': Lake Elsinore Hero

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

This submission comes from Patrick Campbell and Wendy Fox of Lake Elsinore, who nominated Esther Lin, also of Lake Elsinore:

Yes

What does the nominee do for work?:
Hotel owner

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Esther has a heart the size of Texas. Not only is she the sweetest person I know, but pound for pound she's also the most generous person I know. She works with local law enforcement and SWAG allowing them use of some of her rooms at Elsinore Hot Springs & Lodge to help combat homelessness in the area. If anyone is a hero it is her.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
If you meet her she will touch your life.
