LAKE ELSINORE-WILDOMAR, CA — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.

Reason for recognition: Sunshine raises money for all sorts of causes. She gives people groceries, face masks, clothes and words of hope.
