At-Risk Man Disappears In Perris, Public's Help Sought
Jose Manuel Lopez-Ramirez, 44, was last seen at approximately 7 a.m. Sept. 13, and is believed to be on foot.
PERRIS, CA — A 44-year-old man who was last seen in Perris three days ago is now considered an "at-risk missing person."
Jose Manuel Lopez-Ramirez was last seen at approximately 7 a.m. Sept. 13, and is believed to be on foot, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
Lopez-Ramirez is described as 5-feet-9-inches tall, weighing about 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a light green t-shirt, blue jeans, and black and green sneakers.
