TRABUCO CANYON, CA — There was no reported damage from the small earthquake that shook the Southland Tuesday night.
The magnitude 2.8 temblor struck at 7:12 p.m. and was centered approximately 7 miles northeast of Trabuco Canyon, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The location is in the Santa Ana Mountains along the Orange-Riverside County line, between Temescal Canyon in Riverside County and Rancho Santa Margarita in Orange County.
