Wildomar Man Arrested For DUI In Crash That Sent 3 To Hospital

WILDOMAR -- A Wildomar man was arrested last Friday for allegedly driving under the influence of drugs after his SUV collided with another car, causing injuries to three people.

Wildomar Police said the incident happened after 9 a.m. June 15 when a Hyundai SUV and a Toyota SUV collided head-on.

One passenger of the SUV, a 41-year-old man from Baldwin Park, was seriously injured in the crash. Two other people were injured, police said.

An investigation showed Albert Sanchez, 39, of Wildomar, was driving under the influence of drugs, police said. He was arrested and booked at the Cois Byrd Detention Center.
