He Missed the Open Door By A Hair, Which He Needed Cut
A man wants to support a local business, but he makes a critical mistake.

By Martin Henderson
There are times when you need something done now, and so it was that a man was frustrated that he couldn't support a local business.
One problem.
The business was closed.
According to the blotter of the Orange County Sheriff's Department, a call was received from the proprietor of a Foothill Ranch salon who was complaining about the man banging on the locked door of the business. Clearly, the subject wanted inside.
The man wanted to have his hair cut—no word on whether he wanted it styled, too—but arrived just after closing time.
Apparently, the man at the door doing the yelling and screaming had never heard it's easier to catch flies with honey.
But eventually, he knew when to call it a day. By the time sheriff deputies arrived, he was gone.
The call was made Monday, 7:03 p.m., from the 26700 block of Portola Parkway.
This report was culled from the Orange County Sheriff's website. Not all facts in each report are made public; the outcome of the report and its actual facts may differ from the original blotter item. There should be no assumption of guilt based on this limited information.
