Lake Forest To Resume Its Free Paper Shredding Program
The shredding program resumes this week after being temporarily suspended because of COVID-19, Lake Forest officials said.
LAKE FOREST, CA — Residents holding onto old sensitive documents will be able to get rid of them once again as Lake Forest officials announced Thursday the return of the city's shredding program.
The free shredding program was halted because of rising COVID-19 cases in Orange County. The shredding program will return to its hours before the pause, city officials said.
Residents can drop off their confidential papers for destruction at the City Hall Police Services counter Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
