LAKE FOREST, CA — A man looking for his lost wallet in Lake Forest last weekend resulted in an arrest in a major fraud case, the Orange County Sheriff's Department announced Wednesday. Deputies responded to a local business regarding a lost wallet. When the wallet's owner arrived, the deputies found he was a suspect in a major fraud case "involving retail and personal theft," the department wrote on Facebook.
