Kids Care Fest is a free fair that invites families to ride a pony, have fun, grab some free books and join more than 1,000 of their neighbors at Briercrest Park.
Free health care screenings will be provided by healthcare professionals for about 1,000 children 12 and under to check things like vision, dental health and hearing.
There will also be fingerprinting, the chance to speak to a doctor and pharmacist, meet local police and fire officials.
Free parking at Sharp Grossmont Hospital’s Brier Patch campus at 9000 Wakarusa St.
