Body Found Near East County Mall
The male victim suffered "obvious" suspicious injuries, according to police.
EL CAJON, CA — A homicide investigation was underway Thursday following the discovery of a body on a sidewalk near Parkway Plaza mall.
The victim, a man in his early 30s, was found dead in the 500 block of Fletcher Parkway in El Cajon shortly before 7 a.m. Wednesday, police said.
His name was withheld pending family notification.
