Pirates and Ghouls Chase Visitors With Glee at Dugan Avenue Haunted Trail

The Haunted Trail at Golojuch Gulch ended its four-night run Halloween as hundreds snaked their way around the yards of Kris and Maria Golojuch's home on south Dugan Avenue.  With friends posing as pirates and assorted other scary characters, the cast chased giddy teens and adults around a maze of corners.  Even without the human element, the displays were top-notch, including a video shown to entrants featuring Kris and a sidekick skeleton. It was the 21st year the home has hosted the frightfest, which included a snack tent offering cookies, brownies, cupcakes and assorted hot and cold drinks.
