The La Mesa-Foothills Democratic Club will sponsor a 2012
Presidential Debate Watch Party at the La Mesa Community Center on Wednesday, October 3rd, from 5:30 pm on. The Club has arranged to have a large screen TV for the event.
A special feature of the evening will be an analysis of the debate by San Diego County Democratic Chairman Jess Durfee, fresh from his participation as a delegate to the National Convention. The Club is ensuring a casual and festive atmosphere by providing a light dinner, snacks, and beverages for those who attend.
After Mr. Durfee’s analysis, the Club will have brief introductions of local Democratic candidates and a
discussion of some of the issues that will appear on the November ballot.
