California's Citizens Redistricting Commission is conducting meetings across the state to gather public input to create new Congressional, Assembly, Senate and Board of Equalization districts.
San Diego hosts the second San Diego County meeting in the Educational Cultural Center in the Mountain View community. Another meeting will be held Friday at Cal State San Marcos.
The maximum time for each speaker is 2 minutes. Speaker numbers may be obtained one hour prior to the posted time of the hearing. See media box for full instructions, including alternatives for submitting testimony.
