Fearless Foursome: Grossmont District Office Staffers Bike to Work

Friday was Bike to Work Day in San Diego County, and at least these four athletic employees of the Grossmont Union High School District accepted the challenge. From left to right are Tracey St. John, Lois Ware, Michelle Hays and Zora Callahan.  Their destination was Grossmont High School, home of district headquarters. The photo was taken by a friend of Hays, said schools Superintendent Ralf Swenson. The local observance of Bike to Work Day is organized by the San Diego Association of Governments, which predicted thousands would take part.
