Local Cub Scout Pack Helps Clean Up Mt. Helix Park
The cleanup was a coordinated effort, put together by Cubmaster Rick Stedman, and helped clear debris from the park itself, and its surrounding trails.

Local Cub Scout Pack 391, which features members from the Rancho San San Diego, Jamul and other East County communities, participated in a cleanup of Mt. Helix Park on Saturday, Oct. 15.
The cleanup was a coordinated effort put together by Cubmaster Rick Stedman and the Mt. Helix Park Foundation, and helped clear debris from the park itself, and its surrounding trails.
The boys participated in an effort to earn their World Conservation Awards. The members of Pack 391 are grades 1-5. Their motto is "Outfun. Outplay. Outprepare."
