—Drunk in public, 54-year-old male, 5500 block of Grossmont Center Drive.
—Under the influence of a controlled substance, 22-year-old male, 700 block of Alvarado Road.
Incidents:
—Rape, 4300 block of Spring Street, 12:12 a.m.
—Identity theft, 7500 block of El Cajon Boulevard, 11:02 a.m.
—Residential burglary, 5300 block of Baltimore Drive, 3:48 p.m.
—Identity theft, 7400 block of Lime Street, 7:22 p.m.
