Tip-A-Cop: This special event brings together local law enforcement personnel and Special Olympics athletes for a day of food, fun and awareness. Every year, La Mesa Police Officer’s volunteer to serve as celebrity wait staff, working at Hooley’s Irish Pub and Grill for “TIPS” benefiting the Special Olympics. This year’s event will be held on Wednesday June 26, 2013 from 5p-8p at the Grossmont Center Hooley’s location. Please stop by and show your support for these special athletes.
