Zumba, Yoga and Watercise Among Classy Recreation Offerings Starting Sept. 6
Youngsters from 6 months up have their own set of fall classes via La Mesa Community Services.
Are you ready to Zumba? How about yoga, watercise or belly dancing?
These are among a slate of adult classes offered by La Mesa Community Services that begin Sept. 6. Enrollment has begun in these and other classes, including adult ballet, tennis, boot camp (exercise), dog obedience, fencing, ice skating and Irish folk music.
La Mesa Stroller Strides also is offered as well as Walk and Talk, adult lap swim, “Adult Learn to Swim” and masters swim team.

Youth classes, some for tots as young as 6 months, include Learn to Swim – Infant Toddler, Pre School, and Levels one through four; art, dance, gymnastics, fencing, ice skating, “Small Friends Enrichment Programs,” tennis, theater, tiny sports, “Toddlers Tango” and “World of Rhythm.”
