Millie’s American Kitchen Open In Lamorinda

LAMORINDA, CA — Millie’s American Kitchen has opened on Oak Hill Road "featuring simple and delicious American comfort food using natural organic and sustainable ingredients."

Breakfast favorites include hearty fare, such as corned beef hash, omelettes and six types of Eggs Benedict.

If you have a smaller appetite, you can opt for avocado toast, French toast, or fruit n' yogurt parfait.

For lunch, try their soups, salads, and mac n' cheese with nearly a dozen choices of add-ins. Sandwiches include chicken, pork, burgers, paninis, tacos, and more. They also serve Montreal smoked meat in 8 or 10 ounce servings.

You may also wash down your lunch with beer or wine. Champagne is also on the menu, making mimosas possible to match your Eggs Benedict.

Millie’s American Kitchen is run by long time Lamorinda residents Victor Ivry and Aimee Platt. The new brick patio seats 40-50 guests, with heaters to warm you on chilly days and umbrellas ready for summer.
