Orinda To Get A Chance At An Insider Look Of Police Operations At Citizen Academy
Get ready to dive deep into the world of law enforcement during Orinda Police Citizens' Academy.
LAMORINDA, CA — The Orinda Police Department will be giving the public an opportunity to get an insider's look at their operations during a citizen's academy.
The public will go behind the scene for presentations, demonstrations, hands-on practical scenarios, and tours of headquarters.
Requirements to participate in the academy include:
Be a Contra Costa County resident at least 18 years old.
Have a valid form of identification.
Have no pending criminal cases or outstanding arrest warrants.
Have no felony convictions, and or no misdemeanor arrests in the past 12 months.
