Walnut Creek Parents Concerned By Pesticide Amounts Used By City

A group called Parents for a Safer Environment are concerned with pesticides sprayed in ballparks and other public areas.

Parents in Walnut Creek are concerned that excessive pesticide applications in city ballparks and other open areas could have a harmful effect on users of of those areas, and want the city to do something.


According to KRON-TV, Parents for a Safer Environment want Walnut Creek officials to reduce the chemical uses.
