• The Larkspur Planning Commission meets at 7:30 p.m. tonight at City Hall. Among the agenda items is a request for a permit by the owners to remodel a home at 130 Elm Ave. listed on Larkspur's Historic Resources Inventory.
• The Corte Madera Planning Commission is also meeting at 7:30 p.m. with a proposed residential remodel and a possible zoning ordinance amendment on the agenda.
