Alleged Corte Madera Rapist Faces New Charge
Izell Lewis is now accused of exposing himself to an Uber driver.
MARIN COUNTY, CA -- A rape suspect allegedly exposed himself to a Marin County Uber driver. Marin Independent Journal reported San Rafael resident Izell Lewis is accused of the crime that happened in March.
Lewis "was free on bail in the rape case last month when he booked an Uber ride from a residence on Bonnie Banks Way," the Journal reported.
"The driver told police that her passenger behaved suspiciously during the ride, and when they reached the destination, he told her to look back at him," the Journal reported. "She saw his pants were down and he was masturbating."

The Journal said Lewis is also accused of a rape that happened at the Corte Madera Town Center.
