Free Skin Cancer Check

For many Americans, summer means getting out in the sun and regaining the “healthy glow” that might have disappeared over the winter months. Years, even decades later, they learn first-hand about the damaging effects of unprotected exposure to the sun.

With the summer about to take off again, Marin General Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, and local dermatologists are teaming up to help local residents do a status-check about the state of their skin health. Free skin cancer screenings will be held at Marin General Hospital on Saturday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Those interested in being screened are advised to pre-register by calling 888-996-9644.
