Corte Madera Neighbors Take Dispute To Town Hall

Corte Madera Town Council will meet Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

The plans to develop a vacant lot on Christmas Tree Hill will go before the Corte Madera Town Council for a public hearing on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

Neighbors to the property at 150 Edison Ave. have filed an appeal, citing inaccuracies in the developer's proposal and claiming that the proposed three-story, single-family home doesn't match the neighborhood's development standards.

The project is described as "a contemporary design, three-story, 3,271 sq. ft. single-family home with an attached, two-car 435 sqft. garage."
