The proposed rate hikes that have stirred a lot of controversy in the area will be one of the featured topics at Wednesday's <a href="http://www.rvsd.org/Portals/0/Documents/pdfs/MeetingArchives/2011/Agenda%207_20_11.pdf" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Ross Valley Sanitary District</a> meeting. There will be a special meeting at 6 p.m. at Kent Middle School to discuss possible litigation, then the regular meeting at 6:45 p.m. The <a href="http://www.ci.larkspur.ca.us/Calendar.aspx?EID=152" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Larkspur City Council</a> has already expressed its opposition to the RVSD's planned rate increase.
