The 5 Things You Need to Know Today

Monday carries with it the last vestiges of the weekend that hang on like the tail end of a pleasant dream you savor all day. But, Tuesday. Ugh. I can't even talk about it. Good thing I have 5 Things You Need to Know to tell you about! 

5) Spring Valley-Lemon Grove AYSO sign-ups are tonight from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Rancho Elementary in Spring Valley.

There are teams for kids ages 4 to 18. Cost is $120, which includes uniforms and photos. Click here for all the info.

4) The Lemon Grove School District governing board will meet at 6 p.m. in the Community Room at the Lemon Grove Library, 3001 School Lane.

Among the agenda items trustees will be considering is a resolution increasing school facilities fees. A public hearing will precede the board's discussion. Click here to see the full agenda.
