Jan. 5
- A stolen car was recovered in the 8200 block of Mount Vernon Street.

- A purse was reported stolen in the 2600 block of Lemon Grove Avenue.
- A vehicle burglary was reported in the 7600 block of Madison Avenue. Stereo equipment valued at $300 and a $100 ring were reported stolen.
Jan. 2
- A 26-year-old man and a female whose age was not released were arrested for suspicion of shoplifting and resisting at Toda Moda on Broadway. A jacket valued at $21.54 was recovered.

- A strong-arm robbery was reported in the 7300 block of Broadway just after 2 a.m.
- A car valued at $6,000 was reported stolen in the 7000 block of Russan Lane.
Dec. 31
- A 34-year-old man was arrested for willful discharge of a firearm in a grossly negligent manner just before 1 p.m. in the 1600 block of El Prado Avenue.
- A residential burglary was reported in the 7500 block of Madison Avenue. Liquor, weapons and other items valued at $18,155 were reported stolen.
Dec. 30
- A 21-year-old man was arrested for a felony parole violation during a subject stop in the 3400 block of Main Street.
