Woman Fatally Struck In Hit-And-Run Crash In Lemon Grove

LEMON GROVE, CA — Authorities were searching for a hit-and-run suspect after a woman was struck and killed by a truck Wednesday in Lemon Grove.

Deputies responded to a crash shortly after 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of Broadway and Harris streets, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies found the 40-year-old victim had been struck by a vehicle, possibly an F-150 pickup, according to the department. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

No driver or additional suspect vehicle information was available.
