• Students plan protest after Lincoln mayor's comments at Turning Point USA club (sacbee.com) — Lincoln students and residents are organizing a protest over a new Turning Point USA–affiliated club at Twelve Bridges High School and comments made there by Mayor Holly Andreatta about Martin Luther King Jr. and LGBTQ issues. District officials say the club is lawful but not school-endorsed, while Andreatta is publicly clarifying and partially walking back her remarks and apologizing to her daughter.
