All lanes of eastbound Interstate Highway 580 in Livermore have reopened following a jack-knifed big rig that blocked traffic this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision on eastbound I-580 slowed traffic between Vasco and Greenville roads in Livermore, according to the CHP.
